From a reheating rolling mill in 2004 to an integrated, high-capacity pipe and tube manufacturer, every milestone has moved ISKCO toward one clear vision.

    Foundation

    The foundation is laid

    ISKCON STRIPS PVT LTD is established as a reheating rolling mill, manufacturing MS strips supplied as raw material to tube manufacturers. From day one we grew our capacity, bit by bit.

  2. 02 2013
    Forward integration

    Forward integration into tubes

    We add tube-mill manufacturing with our first two tube mills, using our own MS strips to produce ERW tubes and taking control of the second step of the process.

    Brand identity

    The ISKCO brand is born

    A decade of manufacturing is unified under ISKCO Pipes & Tubes, a customer-forward brand bringing one trusted identity to dealers and end customers.

  4. 04 2017
    Technology milestone

    India's first high-speed tube mill

    We install India's first high-speed tube mill for secondary steel pipe manufacturing, significantly expanding our tube-mill production capacity.

  5. 05 2019
    Integrated growth

    SHIVAM OVERSEAS & hot-dip galvanizing

    We start a new company, SHIVAM OVERSEAS, adding hot-dip galvanizing and more tube capacity and completing a three-step integrated process from MS strip to MS pipe to galvanized pipe.

    Capacity growth

    Scaling high-speed capacity

    Two more high-speed tube mills are added at ISKCO in 2020 and 2023, continuously strengthening output and consistency.

    Expanded capacity

    More galvanizing & tube capacity

    SHIVAM OVERSEAS adds another hot-dip galvanizing line and a further tube mill, expanding our galvanized-pipe capacity.

    Category leadership

    A category leader

    Across two companies we now operate 8 latest-technology high-speed tube mills, 2 hot-dip galvanizing plants and 1 reheating rolling mill, with a combined installed capacity of 2,20,000 TPA.

Founder and Chairman. Established ISKCON STRIPS PVT LTD in 2004 with a vision of dependable, quality steel for a growing India.

Mr. Panna Lal Bansal, the founder of ISKCO, started the company in 2004 with a simple yet strong belief that business should always stand on quality, trust and commitment. What began as a small initiative has today grown into a respected name in the steel manufacturing industry, driven by his hard work, dedication and clear vision.

For Mr. Panna Lal Bansal, leadership has always been about more than business growth. He believes in honesty, building strong relationships and putting people first. With his practical thinking and years of experience, he successfully guided the company through challenges and laid a strong foundation of integrity and excellence.
